2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By submitting supplies, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Legal Ownership Requirement

By submitting supplies, you certify that:

• You are the legal owner of all supplies submitted
• The supplies were purchased by you personally or received as a gift
• The supplies were NOT obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or any private or government insurance plan
• You have not previously agreed to sell these supplies to another party

Submitting insurance-obtained supplies may constitute fraud. We reserve the right to refuse any submission and report suspected fraud to appropriate authorities.

4. Acceptable Supply Condition

We only purchase supplies that meet all of the following criteria:

• Unopened and factory sealed in original packaging
• Free from visible damage, tampering, or alteration
• Have at least 90 days remaining before the printed expiration date at the time of receipt by us
• Are approved for sale within the United States

Supplies that do not meet these criteria will not be purchased and will be returned or discarded at your request. We are not responsible for the condition of supplies you ship to us.

5. Quote Process

Submitting your supplies does not obligate either party to complete a transaction. We will review your submission and provide a cash offer within 1–2 business days. You may accept or decline without obligation. Quotes are valid for 14 days from issuance. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw a quote if the supplies received do not match the submission.

6. Shipping

Upon quote acceptance, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. You are responsible for packing your supplies securely. We are not responsible for damage or loss during shipping that is caused by inadequate packaging. Risk of loss passes to us upon confirmation of delivery by the carrier.

7. Payment

Payment will be made via PayPal, Venmo, or mailed check — your choice at time of acceptance. Payment will be issued within 3 business days after we receive and inspect your supplies. Final payment may be adjusted if the received supplies differ materially from what was described in the submission (e.g., different expiration dates, quantities, or condition). We will notify you of any adjustments before finalizing payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you in connection with any transaction shall not exceed the quoted amount for the supplies in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The current version will always be available on this page.
