Is it legal to sell my unused diabetic supplies? ▾
Yes — reselling diabetic supplies you purchased out-of-pocket or received as gifts is completely legal. We do not purchase supplies obtained through Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance, and our legal checkbox on the submission form confirms this.
What condition do supplies need to be in? ▾
All supplies must be unopened, factory sealed, and have at least 90 days before the expiration date at the time we receive them. Opened, damaged, or nearly-expired items cannot be accepted.
How long does the process take? ▾
Most sellers receive a quote within 1 business day of submitting. After you accept and ship, payment typically goes out within 3 business days of us receiving and inspecting your supplies.
How do I get paid? ▾
We pay via PayPal, Venmo, or mailed check — your choice. There are no fees or deductions on your end. The quoted amount is exactly what you receive.
What if I don't like the quote? ▾
No problem at all. Quotes are completely free and carry zero obligation. If you don't accept, we simply won't send a shipping label. There's no pressure and no follow-up sales calls.
What brands do you buy? ▾
We purchase test strips from OneTouch, Freestyle, Contour, Accu-Chek, True Metrix and others. For CGMs we buy Dexcom G6/G7, FreeStyle Libre 2/3, OmniPod, and Medtronic supplies. Visit our Prices page for a full list with payouts.
